iPhone Application

  • For those with a lot of Apple Health data, the app is not currently pulling any data. We're currently working on a resolution. As a workaround you can delete and reinstall the BodySite app and turn on Apple Health again but only choose the Apple Health parameters you really need from the list. This should be fully resolved by next week.

  • There was an issue opening documents from the daily content and resources sections of patient programs that started Monday, November 15, 2021. This has been fixed as of 3:30 p.m. EST on November 18, 2021.

Android Application

  • There was an issue pairing and using the Innotech scale on Android devices operating on Android 12 OS. This has been fixed as of November 22, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. EST. If you have a white labeled app and are also using the Innotech scales in your practice, please write us so you get moved up in priority for this app update. 

  • There was an issue opening documents from the daily content and resources sections of patient programs that started Monday, November 15, 2021. This has been fixed as of 3:30 p.m. EST on November 18, 2021.
